My stay at The Claremont Hotel was quite the mixed bag. The hotel boasts beautiful grounds and friendly staff, but my experience was marred by several issues with my room and service inconsistencies. I found room 102 in the Phillips House disappointing. It lacked natural light and privacy, making it dark and noisy. The lack of a proper workspace and issues like locked dresser drawers and a non-working TV made it less than ideal.
